| NO SMOKING: | It is against the law to smoke on buses & coaches.
Any passenger found smoking will be removed from the vehicle, and not permitted to re-board. |
| NO ALCOHOL: | For the comfort & safety of our passengers & staff, alcohol is strictly prohibited on our coaches. |
| CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS: | The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passengers whose conduct is in breach of statutory regulations will be removed on the driver’s authority. |
| PROPERTY: | The Company will not accept liability for any damage or loss of any property, which belongs to any passengers and is left on a vehicle. Any articles of property recovered from a vehicle will be held at the Depot where the vehicle is based and may be collected from there. |
| SEATBELTS: | Seat Belts are fitted on ALL coaches & it is now a legal requirement that you wear them, if you do not YOU can be fined £30.00, so please make sure you Clunk, Click Every Trip!. |
