Following on from our 50th anniversary celebrations, and winning 2 awards at the 2011 UK Coach Rally in April, Stanley Travel were present at the Operator Excellence Awards 2011 in the National Motorcycle Museum, in Birmingham last night (Wed 5th October 2011) and were the proud winners of “Small Coach Operator of the Year 2011”!

Stanley Travel are delighted to discover we have reached the finals of the Routeone Operator Excellence Awards. We have been selected as one of 5 companies who are competting for the title of "Small Coach Operator of the Year". We have a long way to go, but will find out the results on the 5th ctober 2011.

Stanley Coaches won 2 awards at the prestigious 2011 UK Coach Rally at Peterbourgh.
We were awarded the trophy for "The Best Dressed Uniformed Drivers" and also the "Best Presented Working Coach"
Ian Scott, who attended the rally said "I am so proud of the team, they have put so much work into the Rally, and I am delighted to win two classes in our second year at the show!"

Taxi job counts were up in February 2011 by 35% on February 2010, and Saturday 26th February was the busiest day since April 2003!
